Mission: The "Secret Mentor Society" is a call to arms for both seasoned and new professionals to raise the bar of their conduct and growth in managing their career. 

The world today is frantic!  Especially with the advent of social media both good and bad behavior  is easily and quickly published and made known to the world in a nanosecond. The world is always watching.

The premise of the Secret Mentor Society is based on the concept that the world is always watching.  It's a call to action of both seasoned and new professionals to continue to grow, learn and be the best version of themselves, personally and professionally.  It is open to anyone with a professional mindset.  A "Secret Mentor" is like a secret crush.  You may never know that someone is learning from you or that you are learning from them, which is why you always need to conduct yourself and present yourself as the best version of you.
